We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

No return if you change your mind

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it:

• Unused
• Not damaged

 

You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return

Contact us at admin@witchettygrubdesigns.com,au. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you an email with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Please note the customer (you) will be responsible for paying the return postage and handling fees in full. These will not be included in the refund amount.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

We send all our products out using Hero Packaging, which can be re-used again or can be cut up and added to your compost as it is bio-degradable. 

Express postage can be purchased for an additional cost. Express shipping can be added to your cart during checkout.

All orders placed before 4.30pm will be posted next business day

Please allow extra delivery time (i.e. up to 2 weeks) for peak postage periods (e.g. Easter, Christmas, New Year's). All delivered times are controlled entirely by Australian Post. For any delivery delays please contact Australia Post
